A BIG SHOUTOUT TO HDS(THIS LOCATION) First, Jazmin has been absolutely lovely and kind to me. Not only did she help me consider it was time to take my test and assured me it was time and built my confidence but she also was the best front desk chick Ive ever met or experienced. The front desk ladies in general have been so warm and kind and always friendly and very helpful. You want an amazing experience driving for the first time or even just brushing up on your skills? COME HERE AND ONLY HERE...
!!!!!!!!! second, ask for miss Lupe, she was my main instructor and she was so patient and hard working with me. She taught me how to be confident and ease into my skills. She was the only instructor in my life I can honestly say is so helpful in every way. She eases your nerves by small talk but also guiding in a motherly way. I JUST WANT TO SAY AGAIN, HOW THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL AND BLESSED I AM for such a wonderful experience here. Never did I feel like this place was too pricy, in fact its very AFFORDABLE, WELL ORGANIZED, SUPPORT IS AMAZING and the ladies who run the desk and scheudling will always keep you informed and well equipped to know your next move. Jazmin was very sweet to me and helped me a lot with this journey. in fact, I wouldnt be where I am today if it werent for Miss Lupe and Jazmin those ladies deserve a raise and bonuses and lots of love and shoutouts!!!!!!!!! I am beyond thrilled to say I choose HDS this location to be my driving school and spent my own personal money with them. They train you so well and never let you feel like you cant do something in fact they are constantly reassuring you. CHOOSE THIS SCHOOL AND ONLY THIS SCHOOL!!!!!!! So, my overall statement is you are only spending your money right if you choose this school!!!! THEY ARE MAGNIFICENT AND SOOOOOOO BEYOND ATTENTIVE. I honestly thought i would never learn to drive! Lupe was my teacher and she did a good job she had me on the street in my first class. Gave me tips the entire time. I passed my driving test on the first try. Honestly she was great. Very friendly, personable, and calming!!
Today I had some questions about the online parent taught program and Jazmin was amazing at answering those questions. She explain in details about the program and presenting the certificate with the DPS office. Thank you for you time, Jazmin.

The experience for me and my daughter was Awesome!.... The front office staff was exceptionally great, the had answers for every question we had. They accommodated her with the person suitable for her driving needs. My daughter was treated with the uttermost respect the people were friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My daughters driving instructor was Mrs Lupe and she was absolutely Marvelous. We were so Blessed to have her, she was so patient and kind with my daughter when teaching her. Amazing experience! Ms. Lupe was an excellent teacher. She was patient and reassuring. She makes sure you feel comfortable before taking your driving test. Highly recommend her.
My rating is not for my driving instructor Ms. Lupe who was AMAZING but for Pamela Dixon. I had a road test schedule with Pamela Dixon and while I arrived early to take it and was waiting in the waiting area, Ms. Dixon called last minute to cancel the driving test with no explanation. I was disappointed because It took 35 mins for me to arrive at the location just to be told that the road test will not be done. I took my road test with another driving school (5 stars 77091 area if anyone is interested) after a driving refresher and aced it with them.
