I had a very great experience at Prime time Driving School!! I was very hesitant to begin driving school, but both Omar at the front desk and Berenice the instructor helped make this experience welcoming. Great people, welcoming, helpful, professional, guidance, and I think that this school truly values the importance of safe driving. Thank you Prime Time, Prime time driving school is the place to go! -also, Omar es just a muscular guy okay:)

Driving with Mrs. Bernice was a great experience! She had very reasonable rates and helped out a lot with telling me how to get my license. It was really helpful to drive with an understanding instructor who was very good at explaining things to me. I highly recommend her.

Excellent school for not only learning to drive, but for improving small details and techniques that make a big difference. Ms. Bernice, one of the instructors goes out of her way to ensure the student learns to drive correctly. Highly recommended for beginner and experienced drivers.

All three of my children learned to drive with Miss Berenice and I have recommended Prime Time Driving School as often as possible. Berenice is kind and patient and all three of my kids just adored her. She has made three excellent drivers in our family. I can not recommend her enough!

Ms. Bernice and Omar are the greatest! They got me scheduled to take my driving test (even on Labor Day) and it was quick and painless. I was very anxious to take the road test but Bernice made me feel super comfortable and at ease. I couldn t recommend this place more!

The BEST school EVER!!! Everyone is every nice to me and the instructor is patient and graceful. It only took me 4 days to pass my test with a 95. My parents and I feel really comfortable with me driving. I am very greatful for the experience and knowledge I received from attending this school and I definitely recommend for anyone whos thinking to attend this school should go and do it because you will not regret attending there. Most of my reviews are positive and I dont really post negative reviews unless they are well worth going out of my way to bother writing them... This business made it worth my time for a negative review. We have been trying to drop off a check to pay for the enrollment and have visited the location on multiple occasions during the weekday but it has been impossible. Hours of operation are not posted anywhere. We have even called and texted to coordinate a day and time to drop off the check. In fact...
Read full review, it was today 4/24 at 1pm. We showed up at 1:05pm and nobody was there. The lights were off, there were no cars in the parking lot, and there was no indication that the business was open. We texted and got a lousy excuse that someone was in the back - even though it seemed like that was not true at all. There are a lot of good reviews, which is why we chose this business but it has been nothing but disappointing. Not very impressed with whoever works/doesnt work the office when they are supposed to meet their customers. I wish I could speak with the owner so that they could make this right. Why is it so difficult to pay for driving school Zero stars for customer service. Very disappointed. Was hoping for a better experience. Businesses should focus on customers. Employee personal interests and excuses should never be what the customer hears from the business.

The staff at Primetime are great helping to accommodate the busy schedules of teens while building skill and confidence as they become better drivers. Staff was great at communication ensuring my teen and I understood the timeline and expectations. Would highly recommend for those wanting more personalized attention in the driving school they choose for their teens.

Primetime & Ms. Bernice have been the most helpful in my journey to getting a drivers license!! I went to another driving school first and they did very little to prepare me- I regret not going to Prime Time to begin with!! Ms. Bernice was kind, direct, and very knowledgeable with great tips & tricks to pass the road test. As an older student (30+), I was very self conscious but I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion. I highly recommend this school to teens and adults alike!!
